still keerthi builders Estates bangalore have nothing done .

Dear in 2009, I was booked a 2BHK flat from Keerthi Estates Pvt Ltd bangalore. This Builder is most fraud builder in Bangalore. In 2009 I was in Bangalore and now I have shifted to Noyda . Due to this I had cancel the our flat booking to builder in 2010 ( After 8 month of booking ).From 2010 to still I am only try to get the our 17 lacks money from Keerthi Estates Pvt Ltd. This money I was paid as the booking amount at time of booking the flat. They had given only 6 lack to me, still my 11 lack is remain to refund us. Whenever I will go to their office ,their salesmen Ravinder shukla will tell me, just give me 2 or 3 month we will refund the total remaining money in that time. But still keerthi builders Estates bangalore have nothing done. If any body have any idea for that problem please help me.
