Fraud company

Hi All,

There is a Company called ALIEN TECHNO SOLUTION located @ Madhapur Hyderabad, One of my roommate Imran went for interview to that company he got selected in the interview, After that a guy called Ramesh {Belongs to company} he was a consulting partner of that company. He demanded Rs:60,000/- as security & Training Deposit{30k as refundable amount remaining will be consulting charges} from my friend Imran & we agreed to pay him on receiving the COMPANY OFFER LETTER, He sent one of his person to collect the money, At that time Imran was not having any amount in hands so I paid behalf of him. He joined the Company on 26/06/2013.

Imran went to the OFFICE next day [27/06/2013], Colleagues told him that it is not a Good company they all are paid the amount to join this company they all were fighting to get their amount back at that time we told everything to the concern person he said he will return the amount on 19/07/2013.

I went to the Office on 20/07/13 it was closed when I asked the security guard he told me that they closed the company. I got shocked tried to contact RAMESH his mobile is SWITCH OFF.

Today I went to the POLICE STATION MADHAPRU, Area SUB-INSPECTOR MR.B.Srinivas refused to take that complaint & he told me that this particular case will goes to Human Rights.

So please let me know whom to approach, How to get my money back. Right now am in critical position, I don’t even have money to travel from my location to Madhapur.
