Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know of my concern about the images used to display the products available and prominently displayed on your website “www.fabfurnish.com” proclaiming to be the same and exact image of the product.
I had ordered [order #200855876] Biggie Bean Arm Chair (Without Bean) Black. When the product arrived at my door, first the product was not the same as shown on the website. Secondly, it was faulty and damaged. The Velcro Chain was damaged. The very same day, I called at customer care and informed the same. They were not ready to accept and were rude on call. Post discussion with them, I emailed them the actual picture shown on the website and the Product delivered. I asked them to return my money back. They refused to pay me back and ask me to check the FAQ’s for return policy.
On following for 2 consecutive days with the customer care, I was informed that I won’t get my refund but the company’s Returns team will expedite the resolution and shall arrange for the reverse pick of the product. In return they inform me that once the product is return back to the warehouse, they will provide me with the voucher of Rs. 3000/-
This is, pure and simple, misleading advertising. Your website, customer-care not always gives honest advice. I wish to prevent other people from being misled into paying for unnecessary faulty products, so I am respectfully asking you to either refund my money or help me with an alternative solution. I do not want to order anything from the website in future, so please do not provide me any vouchers and stuff. I do not want to get into this all of it again post purchasing stuff from the website. As this was my first purchase and I am very much disappointed with the product and service. “First impression is the Last Impression”.
If you do not take this step, I will not hesitate to take legal action to force you to abandon such false advertising.
Sincerely,
Tejas Desai.
