Wrong activation of services

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Two days ago I had ativated the over priced vodafone 3g plan for 251 . Later yesterday. A random person subcribed,rs.,17 2g plan. now I dont have 3g connection nor are they allowing me to complain.
Please help.
