Name of company/service: ZYNC GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Dear Sir,
The above mentioned company has been giving me false promises about repairs of telephone instrument purchased from them for the last 5 weeks.
Every time they are contacted they have a stock reply that it will be ready in one weeks time.
Their authorised service centre is totally useless and their own customer care can only make promises which they have till date not kept.
this party should be blacklisted and not allowed to do business. I have had to spend 24,000 to buy a new instrument as their instrument refused to work.
