Hi,
I have ordered a mobile phone worth 4700Rs from Homeshope18 via online.When I completed the order and payment it was supposed to be delivered within 7th day. But on 8th day when I didnt recieved the product made an enquiry and found the product is yet to be shipped. When I placed the order it was said to be in stock. On 8th day upon my enquiry says the product is not available. I made the call with next level and they promised me the refund of cash within next day. I chased them many times via phone and they promised me the money refund in next day itself. But even after waiting 2 days extra I havent got the product nor my money. Now if I amke the call to the next level person who assured me the refund in next day, is cutting the phone. Because of their very poor customer service and false information published in site that the product is in stock, I got trapped. Kindly do the needful.
