I rohit meher residing at panposh. I purchased a LED TV on Dt. 17.09.2012. Since last 2 months I am unable to watch TV because of Display problem on TV. I had brought attention of Samsung Company executive. Their Service Engineer visit & examined the problem finally he told that there is internal broken in TV and a new part(penal) has to install. Because of broken of part warranty can not cover and you have to pay Rs. 5200/- approx. for new part. It is really surprise & hurt me. I told them there is no physical broken mark view on TV then how it is possible. But the company executive told often that it is internal broken. So finally I have decided to go for registered a Consumer Case against the company. I request you to do needful at earliest possible.
