Dear Sir,
Ratna Bhandar is an jewellery shop in Siliguri.I wanted to exchange an HALL MARKED 916k gold from this shop.The shopkeeper refused to take the entire gold weight,but instead of that he is deducting 5% on the entire weight of the ornaments.When asked about this,he tells that every shopkeeper is doing,so why not me.I would request you to kindly note this complaint of mine and take necessary action of overcome this serious issues,as we citizen of India are being fooled by this kind of people around us.
