Internet pack didn’t work.Wrongful deduction of money from my mobile’s main balance.

Sir,

Myself prabhu dayal singh,my mobile no.-7376028319 and service provider is bsnl. I activated an internet pack (100mb, cost-6rs)on 23 july at 12.36 am but it didn’t work and money is deducted from my main balance. I called customer care so many time for money refund but they did not do so and every time they give me diffrent-2 reasons and explanations.
so kindly take my complaint in ur account.
