An objection against unauthorized constriction at the ground Floor at premises No.7B,Sankar Bose Road,P.S. Chatla Kolkata -700 027 under K.M.C Ward No.82. Ref :Assessee No.11-082-16-0023-6 and K.M.C Building permit No. 2008090011 dt.13/05/2008.

Dear Sir,

We the undersigned are the joint owners of premise No.7B Sankar Bose Road,Kolkata -700 027 inform you that Sushil Kumar Dey since deceased the predecessor of us entered into a development agreement with Hiron Kumar Baidya
of 137,Ruby Park Kolkata -700 078 on 16th August 2008 and after demise of said
Sushil Kumar Dey we the present owners entitled into a supplementary development agreement with said developer Hiron Kumar Baidya on 10th May 2010 and also
executed a Registered General Power of attorney on 10th May 2010.

That said Hiron Kumar Baidya as per the building plan constructed a Ground
+3 stored building and he also doing some unsuthorised construction at the 3rd Floor during the said construction period and after amendment of building plan our said developer obtained constriction certificate from K.M.C.authority.

That said Hiron Kumar Baidya after obtaining the complication certificate making several unauthorized construction on the ground floor by violating existing building plan and also trying to encroach the mandatory vacant space on the ground
floor of our premises.

Now we are the existing owners of premises No.7B.Sankar Bose Road,Kolkata -700 027 requested you to take appropriate stepes for demolishing the unauthorised construction at the ground floor.
