Shopping Indiatimes cheating with customers

Hi,

I am Dhrumil Bhankhar.

I placed one order in indiatines shopping online. Order includes one logitech keyboard & one quatium webcam. But they delived one crap quantium keyboard & marked the order as delivered!…

I registered the complain in their customer care. They provided the resolution date & it hase been 1 month the resolution date has gone!. Still I didn’t get any resolution form them. I called several time to customer care & every time they say it will be resolved within few days!…

I already sent the wrong delivered product back & they keeps on rejecting my sent back product!…

Please help me out of this. I have refered several forums & got that it is not just the case with me. India times shopping is most famous for fraud in online shopping!!…

I am having all the proofs with me. I have taken photographs of fake product along with original bill that I ordered on the spot. I am also having all the recording of conversation with their responcible persons who keeps on saying that you will get callback within 24 hours & they never called back!!.. Also in the recording they mention that withing 7 days it will be resolved. Everytime I get only same answer & no action at all!!.. All are fake promises!..
