I had applied for Internet connection from Hathway on 19th July 13 on urgent basis. Sales representative (Rohan) committed that connection will be done by saturday and it will be ready for the same. Due to urgency and in order to delay I paid the amount in cash. However on saturday some techncial ppl from Hathway came to my home just to inform that connection can’t be done due to unavailbility of their wires in my bldg. I informed all these to Mr.Rohan, again I got he committment that it will be done on monday at any cost. But on monday, each time I called Mr.Rohan, i was getting same response ” It will be done today”. Now nobody is bothered to call me nor to pick up my call. This is utter nonsence from Hathway. How can their sales representative make false commitment to customer to get the job.
