AC not working

Dear Sir/Mam

I purchased 1 ton windows AC from Reliance Digital (Ambiance Mall Gurgoan) on 12th June 2013. Before one month on 8th July 2013 it stop giving cooling. I logged a complaint in Voltas customer care and they provide me a complain no. (13JL1002227) and assure me that problem will be resolve within 48 hours. After a lots of follow up, after 6 days there engineer visited to site and found gas leakage problem. I have than logged complain in Reliance Digital Gurgoan on 16th July and they also provide me a complain no:- 8002530762 and assure me to resolve the complaint in 48 hours. After 3 days of complain and lots of follow up, engineer visited to my site and found the same problem as voltas engineer found. I have told to engineer that I want replacement of MY AC with a new one. He said that I will convey your message to my seniors and your AC will be replace within 4 to 5 days.

I am taking daily follow up to reliance digital and there service centre members but nobody knows exact status of my case when it will resolve.
Me and my family facing very much problem due to hot weather. I don’t believe this, this kind of service Reliance is providing to their customers.
I am totally fade up with these daily follow ups.
