My nmae is Barun Prabhakar,
i am cheated by Airtel, as i had applied to get a new connection for airtel broadband internet services at the address 547 ground floor sector 31 gurgaon haryana.
Their salesman took all the document required and rs 500 cash, next day i got a sms from from Airtel with the new airtel land line number for me. same day their executive delivered a wifi modem and charged rs 1800 cash for that, in next 1 hour their technician visited us and fixed the wiring. its been 22 days now after complaining so many times i have not got the connection. Their customer executive said their service in sector 31 gurgaon is no more working there is some technical issue.
i want to know, is not it a crime? frauding customers? if you know you can not provide the services then why are you promising so? and why don’t you stop your area sales man to taking further connection requests?? now i am suffering. and i have spoiled my 2300 rupees. who is responsible for that? after calling them several time i am still suffering.
please help me.
