Hi,
I had requested to activate corporate plan on my vodafone postpaid number on 1st June 2013. The plan was changed to desired one on 4th June and was again changed to normal on 12th June without any reason. I lodged a complain once I saw the bill that included unnecessary charges and some amount was reversed without giving detailed description. Since, I wanted that number to be in use I paid the bill. With the registered complain I had also requested to change the plan back to corporate on 4th July. But till today my request is not entertained and I have already followed-up more than 50 times. I have even written mails and even reminder mails to [email protected] and not received a single reply. Every complain I make,these vodafone people assure me that your request will be closed in next 3 days, but till now I have not seen any result on the same. Please help me as the bill for this month is increasing and the call charges for normal plan are high.
