I bought Onida Microwave Oven on 28/10/2011 from ‘Prabhat Appliance’, Badlapur East, Thane Dist, Maharashtra – 421503 . In Jun-2013 same oven stopped working. So i complained a register with Prabhat Appliance on 16/06/2013. The technician Mr.Santosh K.V. from ‘Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd’ ,Kalwa, Thane Dist, Maharashtra ,representing Onida came on 21/06/2013, he checked and conveyed that the capacitor(power supplier something) was not functioning and told will replace in next visit and we paid Rs.400/- towards service charge.
In next visit after 5 days he replaced the Capacitor, but same was not working, then he told that PSB cricut was not functioning and told to replace with new one which was costing to Rs.1,600/- and we paid cash, but told he will bring bill in next visit.
In next visit on 13/07/2013 he came after nearly 30 to 40 followups through mobile he brought a PSB Cricut and tried to replace, but again it was not working, when it was bought it was already a defect PSB circut, actually he was making a fool of us. Then he told he will come after 2 days, but till date as on 21/07/2013 he only promises on mobile that he will come, but never turned up. When nearly after 100’s of call the Techinician never pickup the calls, and when he picks calls he replies the following word, “what if i will not come, then what you will do”. So this is a clearly a cheating case.
The time i wasted in followup through moblie and stress caused due to such bad support and the loss of money. I also contacted the dealer for same, he adviced that to complaint a register with his superiors, but i am not in decision to followup the same.
I need Justice and to stop such kind of misconduct and behaviour
