Respected Sir/Madam,
I have been facing a lot of issues with the Reliance Broadband Wimax Connection, Specially with their Billing Issue.
I have been using this connection since 18th March, 2013, where in I paid Rs. 2360 with details as follows

This is an advance rental Plan, So I paid (500 installation+1500 Rental Charge) + 12.5 % service tax. Now I have been paying the same bill as Rs. 1700 per month for the Month of April, May and June 2013. But now with my bill on 19th July 2013 I have been charged around Rs. 2900, I called to their Customer care twice on 22nd July 2013 out of which 1st call was dropped by the Customer Care named Nikhil Rathod, Mumbai. And later was received Sukwant Singh, Mumbai who also disconnected with keeping my call on hold when I asked him to transfer call to his manager. Both of them gave me different reason as follows :
1. You have been charged wrong.
2. You have been charged, as your connection was suspended in June and then again started so advanced rental. : My connection was working fine and I have been paying bill on time.
3. You have been charged as your plan has been changed. : I have never asked for my plan to get changed.
4. You have been charged till 18th August, How can I pay for August, when my connection bill is generated only for July.
I have been also facing lot of issues with their connection and other thing. I have been complaining to them like anything, you can ask for the complain list to their customer center.
