Hi,
I have made the full payment of the phone on 12 th July. And It has been 10 days I have still not received the product. On calling the customer care. They first told me they have dispatched all the products on 16th but they do not have any shipping number to track. The customer care guys were just told to inform that they have shipped on different dates (They informed me two dates 12 and 16).
Tell me something who ships a product without any shippment number or tracking number. They need to atleast inform what is happening.
