Complaint About my New Purchase Refrigrator

Location/place: 104 Yashoda Complex, Nandgaon Girdhar Nagar Indore(M.P.)

Name of company/service: Electrolux India pvt. Ltd.

I have purchased Electrolux brand refrigerator from Lotus Electronics Indore on 26 May 2013 and delivered to my home on 27 June 2013. From the Date of purchase its cooing is not working. I have registered a complain about my problem on Electrolux on 17/07/2013 but no person from Electrolux is taking care about my problem.
