Name of company/service: Airtel Broadband Services
I got Airtel Broadband Connection in Feb 2013, paid 6 Months advance rental around Rs 6700, then I shifted to Bangalore & requested to shift the connection on 06 June 2013.
As per their procedure Airtel representative collected the documents & committed within Two days the connection will be restored, but there was no response for may more than a week, with great difficulty (Because my Telephone no had disconnected) reached the Customer care, came to know that they cannot provide the services at my place because of the Technical Problem.
So I told them to refund the money for which they have not provided the services on pro rata basis, but Airtel refuses because advance rental will not be refunded, then I asked either pay the balance amount or provide me the services to complete my six month rental, but the answer is just they cannot do it without any valid reason.
Till now I have written more than 50 E Mails, Also they are not returning my documents, for which they are asking me the Identity of the man who has collected the documents, What if Airtel cannot keep the track of their representative, how can a customer know about their representative, Iam worried of my documents because it may not misused. (Documents are in my Wife name).
For documents today I got the mail saying that they don’t have provision to return my documents.
