I am Safdar Aziz writing you against HCL Tab U1 serial number- 912STN128048 registered in name of Mohammad Qaiser which i bought in November 2012. since i purchased it i continuously rushed to its service center. Now I am fade up with it i lost my patience. from the month of May i went to service center more than 3 times with same problem they never stand on their commitment of delivery of product with rectification, i always told them i will register complain against them at consumer forum then they replied as you wish go ahead. but now i lost my patience My last visit was on 2nd July with the problem of powering during my conversation with the manager of service center (Nehru Place) Mr. Lalit he told me he will replace my tab and also told me i have to wait for 10-12 working days. as our conversation i wait till yesterday and called him today(22nd july 2013) with my call id i.e 8400214805. he told me today it cant be replaced and it will take some more time to rectify it.
therefore i re guesting you kindly help me to short out this problem and do justify on this issue.
