Dear Officer,
I write here to seek for justice, I have recently purchased Samsung Mobile on 21st June 2013 from Univercell Mobile Outlet in Hyderabad which cost me an amount of Rs.42000/- approx. During the process of Purchase I was promised to be given the phone Cover which is to be redemmeed online and the cover would be delivered to home within 7 working days. Since the day I purchased the phone, I have writing to Samsung support office and CEO’s office as available on their website seeking early delivery since the phone is sensitive and I have been facing major problems.
There has been several mails exchange during these 30 days and in fact I spoke to the support team and they said it would be delivered within 30 days from the purchase date. Believing them I have been patiencely waiting and today is more than 31 days and in their Track Order (Online Verification for Redemtions, they have not even dispatched the offer as promised which is valued at Rs.2499/-.
Samsung, has been making money from the Indians and have not been serving or rather keeping their promises as advertised.
Samsung has caused a great nuisance to me as a customer and consumer.
I hope and believe this forum, would not take this matter wage. I sincerely believe there would a true justice in this matter.
