No response from Xolo service centre for dispatch of phone

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Xolo

I had bought Xolo A700, which had earpiece speaker issue, so I filed a complaint at Xolo service center and send the phone to them on 29/06/13. Now whenever I contact them they don’t give me date of dispatch of phone, even they don’t have status of my phone. Every time I contact them they say they don’t have status and will take 48hrs for status updation.

    Hi Manish,

    did you get reply from Xolo? I bought the xolo mobile, it started giving me troubles within a month of purchase.. Not sure what i need to do.
