Order cancelled and still waiting for refund

After reapeated failed attempts for asking the shipment details over Chat and phone conversation i was told 2 days back that my order has been cancelled in spite of the fact that the same product was being sold on Same Day Delivery Offer for a week long period 14 th to 20 july

I had ordered samsung galaxy ace duos phone Order no 3002497538 on 9th july 2013 from INDIATIMES SHOPPING http://shopping.indiatimes.com/

It clearly states the product to be reach to me till 17 july But still I didn’t get any shipping detail of the order. One more thing is that I ordered a White colored phone, later I was told that it is not available so regardless of the fact i didn’t want black coloured phone ,i accepted the change ,so that i would get the product as early as possible But there was no progress on this front

from 12th july 2013 i have been calling them everyday but nothing I get except fake promises

now they are saying its out of stock and so can not proceed order and to get money refunded back to my account it ll take 10 more days
So it clears the fact that they just want to fool customers and use their money for such a long period

I dont know how much more time will they take to refund my money
