reliance has almost become a fraud.continuos deduction of balance and no contact to customer care once again

Name of company/service: reliance

Once again an amount of 20rs was deducted from my main balance.a message came,” Amount Charged for VAS Hungama Voice Ckt Rs:20.00.”which was not actually activated by me.I’ve not seen such a cheap company which deducts balance for no reason and without customers consent,and also one message came in morning” Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00.this deduction was done 1 time before also.I approached reliance for the same.but didnt get any reply about deduction of 3rs.my current no.is 7303882778.I want reliance to refund me the money which has been deducted without my consent.AS MENTIONED BEFORE ALSO RELIANCE IS GOIN DOWN DAY BY DAY.
AND NO CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE WHAT A SHIT COMPANY.

RELIANCE…..A WORST AND DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER SEEN.since the morning of 26,july.means today I was not able to make a single call or even a message.I was not able to check my 3g internet balance.AND NO CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE,RELIANCE SHOULD BE BANNED.AND HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I POST.THE ABOVE COMPLAINT OF A SUM. OF TOTAL OF RS 23/- DEDUCTED IS ALSO NOT SOLVED.I’VE RECIEVED A CALL FROM RELIANCE,THAT I’LL GET A REFUND OF 23/-RS.,BUT STILL NOW I’VE NOT GOT A SINGLE RUPEE. All OTHER FRAUD COMPANY MUST BE GETTING BIRTH FROM RELIANCE ONLY.RELIANCE IN A FEW TIMES WILL BE NAMED AS FRAUDULENT’S .IF A CUSTOMER LIKE ME WANTS TO COMPLAIN TO RELIANCE WHERE WILL HE CALL…?AND CUSTOMER FORUM ALSO DOESN’T TAKE ANY SEVIOUR ACTION SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN AGAIN.MY CONTACT NO.IS 7303882778.

I REQUEST all NEW sim card.BUYERS that never go for RELIANCE.READ ABOVE POSTS YOU’LL UNDERSTAND WHAT’S THE IMPRESSION OF THE CHEAP COMPANY,TO IT’S SUBSCRIBERS.EVERY 3 DAYS HE HAS A NEW COMPLAINT..PLS NEVER. GO FOR RELIANCE.TATA IS BETTER THAN CHEAP RELAINCE (FRAUDLENTS.)
