illegal or fraud deduction of balance by Idea service.

myself Mallikarjun, serving in Indian Air Force. The idea company/service had deducted Rs. 49 twice (i.e total Rs. 98) on 21 july 13. I talked to customer care for refund. He said that i have downloaded songs from a chargeable site i.e TECHZONE and which cannot be refunded. I refused that i haven’t visited any such stupid sites.
I used my internet service to use facebook only and nothing else on the same day.
I asked him to connect to his superior but he connected to his senior in-charge Deepak who is of no use. I asked him to register my complaint. He refused for the same.
Sir please do needful. I have lost my Rs. 98.
