Refund not given from 3 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I helped my relative students by applying online on BHU online website on dated 30th march 2013 .
details-30 Mar 2013 CCA13CRTR426 -Avenues India Ltd 330154117 30 Mar 2013 1,224.00

I have to apply for 2 application but due to error on website i paid for 3 application ( 2 payment for one candidate).

I talked/followed up with ucanaaply staff,HDFC bank staff and Avenues India Ltd customer care.But no refund receive yet.

Please help to get refund.
