I Ranjeet Pathak, would like to bring to your kind notice about the inconvenience faced. I bought a 28L Convection Microwave Oven from Croma retail – Ghatkopar R-City Mall on 01st Oct’2011 (Model No. CRAM0121) bearing Invoice No. SLF02A035020028425 which has an extended warranty.
Now I am experiencing few issues with it due to which I had registered a complaint on Croma’s help line no. – 18002583636 on 14th Jul’2013. The call reference allotted to me was SR14071300253 and I was promised that some technician will attend my complaint within 3 working days i.e., till 17th Jul’2013 but to my surprise nobody turned up yet.
On 15th Jul’13 I received an SMS on my mobile – 9833690131 that my complaint will be resolved at the earliest with the service request given to me was MUM150713FS00013.
I have been calling the customer care number everyday twice since Wednesday but every time I am given a false promise that the matter is escalated and somebody will attend my complaint between 11am to 8pm. I spoke twice to the escalation team but still no luck. At the time of purchase I was given an assurance that Croma’s after sales service is better that any other brand and that’s the reason I bought this product but now I can see how worst the after sales service is.
I want you to kindly step into between and resolve this issue as soon as possible which is still unattended.
