I am unable to receive proper services by MTS since February-13 and was assured by company that same will be resolved by march they were failed to resolve it. Even after repeated reminders from my side nothing goes well. Now they are calling me for paying against the services which I have not used. Their customer support always keep me on hold while on the call and doest not provide any solution. I have mailed to them regarding discontinue of the services but they did not do it and calling me for pending bills. Now today I have received a call from Delhi Police that MTS have lodged a complaint against me. Please help me tin this regard
