I have been using airtel for more than 7 years from now with no: 9849471988.
Two days back, i have been asked to submit form, photo, address proof to avoid service stoppage. I have submitted the documents immediately tow days back at Mehdipatnam air-tel outlet. So far i have been eagerly awaiting the activation of service.
I as I have been loyal customer for a long time to air-tel, this unfair to deactivate incoming and outgoing calls from my mobile as i have already missed so many important incoming calls. This create lot of inconvenience to customer. If this is the situation not to be resolved immediately, i am the most dissatisfied customer and attribute the negligence and laziness of Air-tel organization.
However, i expect prompt reply for this with activation, otherwise i will drop the service informing to all forums.
