Hi,
I have ordered one Steel Dinner set online from Home shop18 two months back vide Order no.925717931. They had send us defected piece which we had returned vide complain no. HS18 Care #135069. Since then we have been requesting them to refund the money which they still not refunded whereas i had already received the message amonth ago that refund will be reflecting in credit card within 48 hrs. Kindly help.
