I had a TATA walky with the number40 64548950. I paid Rs500 as a deposit at the time of taking new connection. Because I was shifting my house I disconnected the walky and requested them to refund the deposit I paid. They said they will send me a cheque. but even after three months I did not receive my payment. I called them more than 100 times but still no use. How do I resister a complaint. Please advise me how to get my money back. Many may feel that it is just 500 but money is not really the problem here but the attitude If they are cheating 500 from one person, how many like they might be doing. look at the larger picture and help me. whetever I will do should be a lesson for them and so they should not do for anyone.
