Internet connection

Hi, i am Brijesh Kumar S/o vidya ram resident of A1/255 Hastsal road uttam nagar new delhi 110059.I had been using an internet connection of tata Photon+ i.e. 9211061387 A/C 917676909 after few months i did not get satisfied
with it then i requested to disconnect the number they said to pay the bill and they would disconnect the number after receiving the payment they did not disconnect our connection they repeated the same thing twice and we have the evidence of cheque no.and written request for disconnection of number but still they started the number again and still they keep calling us for payment and keep threatening us to take action against us so please help us and registered my complain.
