I had booked my scotty(pep+) on 6th of July from Indore to Hyderabad through Vishal cargo movers and packers with consignment number 2250. They promised that it will reach to your home address in Hyderabad in four days. After lots of calls and following up with them they have finally sent the vehicle at home address on 19 July (13 days). the vehicle was damaged, they have used the vehicle for their own purpose as per the meter reading, which shows that the vehicle has derived approx. 200km. they had lost the original keys and intend had handover us the duplicate key.
