I placed an order for Lee Cooper flotters online on jabong.com. The price of the flotters are Rs 500 and i pay a charge of Rs 100 for COD and Rs 37 for shipping charges but when i receive the flotters they are defected.When i call jabong.com regarding the defect they are refunding only Rs 538 from which i can only shop on their website and they are telling me that if i purchase anything else i will have to pay COD charges again.They are not refunding the remaining Rs 100.
