SIM deactivation

Location/place: Kharagpur

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

I have been using my TATA Docomo sim for the last 2 years with a minimum recharge of Rs. 500 a month. My sim card has been deactivated without any reason and customer care hanged on me saying that your documents are not ok and you have to submit the documents again.
