Name of company/service: reliance

sir i have taken a sim from reliance for data usage purpose for rs. 650. at tht time they said me tht this sim is onliy for ruppees 650 and u will get 2gb 3g data every month without any extra charge.
now they r saying tht u have have to pay 250 per month n when i protest they misbehave with me n block my sim n refuse to refund me or record my complaint.
