Hi Sir

I purchased a hand bag online from 100bestbuy.com in Jun’13 for 339/- INR.When that bag came to me it was so bad looking and in a filthy condition that I did not like it and I made my mind to return the same.So I Spent 100/- INR for courier to send the bag back to 100bestbuy in Bangalore,Karnataka.I called up their customer care from my number +919810271183 several times and they confirmed me that they have received the bag unfortunately they are not refunding my money.I have made several complaints at customer care of 100bestbuy but they always made a false promise that I would get the money back.Till date I haven’t got my money back moreover they people did not reply to my emails as well.

Kindly look into it and get the needful done at the earliest.

I would request my country mates not to buy anything online from 100bestbuy.com.

    It’s truly bad to know that you haven’t got any refund from Tradus. Online Marketing company must aware about these types of mistakes because of it really ruins the impression of same one.You must mail to them regarding your query. Well, there are dozens of online sources are existing but I only believe in Yuvastyle. Yuvastyle is one of leading and emerging online shopping site.
