Dear I have booked a flat from Purvi Lotus, HSR Layout, Bangalore – PNR Group in year of 2009. I have paid 4 installments of property on date, which was decided by the Builder and they said that, they will provide position within 3 year of start of construction. So I waited for the position till Dec, 2012 and, after that I have applied for the cancellation of my booking and getting money back. Sai Purvi Developers filed my application on 1st Feb, 2013 and, guarantee to start transfer of money to me to my account tillMay 013. Till now I did not receive any money from Purvi Lotus, HSR Layout, Bangalore and called them so many a times. But Every time their word is give us some time and we will start transferring your money to your account. If anybody has suffering same problem, so please tell me a way to get money back to Sai Purvi Lotus, Developers & Builder
