Dear concern,

I am writing this mail after so much of pain given by Airtel broadband from past four and half moths.Please take time to read the whole story.

I have opted for Airtel Broad band on 5/4/2013 reference # from Airtel 165879919.

From 17th June 2013 my broadband internet stopped working. Gave complaint ( SR 35031880)

Troubleshooting done:- Swapped RJ 45 cable-Failed ,tried connecting directly to my laptop Failed ,Reseated cable –Failed , Power shut down –Failed), Tried my Friends Modem / router that worked fine.

After 1 week of following up with Airtel customer care finally one person call as Lalith ( Ph .9611115947)

When he troubleshooted & noticed Modem itself is faulty & need to replace the same, he spoke to a person called as Nawaz & told him the issue. he told me to follow up with this new Person Nawaz (9740559071)

Nawaz picked my phone for the first time & later on never ever picked my phone for next 1 week. I tried reaching Lalith again he started scolding me & started using harsh word telling issue is not with me & contact Nawaz .

When I called customer care no. again on 27th june 2013 they said previous SR is closed –stating ” Phone No. given to customer ( What kind of resolution is this )”

The customer care guys were good always & took my complaint again on top of the another one (New SR 34780678 & 34819774 & 35031880)

I got a call from customer care person (Ph . 9880028028) calls me & I told previous person Lalit has checked & needs to replace modem but instead of me telling him 3 times he visited my house on Thursday (4th July 2013) told me again Modem is Faulty

Its been last Horrible 20 Days I have been through.

Modem Make / Model :- Binatone 150M wireless n ADSL2+Router / Model – DT 850W ( MAC address OCD2B504B6CF)

Please take it further, Replace my modem Immediately & the Valuable amount that I have not used your service for these 30 Days

Basis on the telephonic conversation on 9986980546, dated 10-July-2013 at 10:10 PM, we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department. The reference number is 35031880. The concern will be addressed by 10-July-2013, 06:00 PM.

post which its 19th July now didnt recieved any response from Airtel broadband.

    Hi Airtel Team
    As my Land line Internet was not working for 40days, I have purchased 3months plan & paid for 3months Bill, on 2nd month the internet stopped working.
    I have called 121 customer care for complaint, & they have suggested to send mail to you.
    Request you to Wave Off my Bill for these period which I have not used.details below

    1050 is the rental which i recieved mail & letter -I recieved teh call from airtel customer care on 27th aug 2013. – stating half rental is for dsl line & half rental is for phone line service. –This was not intimated to me. & they will only wave off only half of the rental. i will not pay any amount for the 30days which i never used teh internet. & want a full wave off.
