I have submit TDS refund in income tax office on date 10 June 2010 which is detected by HCL infosystem Jan 09 to Aug 09 but till now our claim is not refund i contact Income tax office for our claim then i got information that HCL is not done e filing.but when i contact the company then he told me that tax or paid and also don e filing. what i do.
