Hiii, myself Sameer more. I have purchase Sony Xperia Miro st23i on 28th feb,2013 but in last month on 17th june my handset suddenly turns off and after that it was unable to turn on as well as unable to charge, so on 20th June,2013 i submitted my handset i Sony’s service center ” CCOM Telecommunications, F12,First Floor,Eternity Mall,Teen Hath Naka,Thane West,Maharashtra. After 1 week when i contacted to service center they said that the motherboard of my handset is not working, they are arranging other motherboard. But till today every time i contacting them, they saying that “we are arranging the part, it will take 7-8 days” Still they are not giving me confirm date when i’ll get my handset…… So i m requesting u to look in this matter, and help me to get back my handset…..
