NEVER TRUST A SAMSUNG PRODUCT

I BOUGHT SAMSUNG FRIDGE RA23 A 230 LIT FRIDGE ON APR 2010 AND IT CONKED OFF IN JULY 2013. AFTER SO MANY CALLS THEY ATTENDED TO THE CALL AFTER 3 DAYS AND SAID THE OLP RELAY IS NOT WORKING, AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

A OLP RELAY DOES NOT COST MORE THAN Rs 250 BUT THESE SAMSUNG GUYS CHARGES A COOL Rs 750 + SERVICE CHARGES OF 250.

AND THE SO CALLED MECHANIC SAYS MIGHT HAVE A PROB OF GAS LEAK FOR WHICH I ASKED HIM TO REPIAR IF THERE IS ANY FOR WHICH HE SAYS IT CANNOT BE DONE NOW, NO SPECIFIC REASON.

ITS ONLY THAT THEY WANT TO COME AND LOOT CONSUMERS.

NEVER RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

    My Samsung Fridge RT 3134 SNBSP/2012 Puchased in May 2012 failed twice .
    Last time the relay was replaced on 8March2014 and Freezer stopped working again on 3 March2016. Luckily Samsung service Engineer Mr Zahid promptly came and immediately replaced the defective relay with his testing Relay DA35-10013B and says he will replace it with a new one.Last time they charged ₹138 +16 zand₹250 for labor.
    Samsung service is good but the fridge has failed twice.My 20 years old Godrej fridge has given no trouble and is very robust in design
