dispute in postpaid bill

Location/place: kolkata

Name of company/service: vodafone

Hello,
This is to state that , i am a customer of vodafone with mobile number 9830409911,i was using this number with a plan OF HCL ,i later got activated my gprs service of zero rental as it was confirmed by one of your executive that with hcl plan zero rental gprs unlimited free is applicable.i therefore got it activated ,and also received a confirmation call from your end that my gprs service of zero rental unlimited free is being activated successfully.but now as per your stores and customer care i was never active with this service
i was shocked by receiving a bill of rs 700 last month, when i enquired abt the bill ,i was informed by your executive that my plan is being changed by some of your executive in the month of march.my question is to vodafone that who gave you this right to change the plan without my concern ,and even i have not recived any confrimation call or sms stating that my plan is changed.
when i complained this entire scenario to vodafone store ,they took a complain and told me that il get a feedback soon, now every next day i am getting a call from your end asking me to pay the bills, when again i explained the same thing to your executive ,the person told me that since there was a dispute in the call charges therefore they have given a waiver of rs 100.
my request to you is to waive of the entire usage charge against gprs , since i was not informed that
my voice plan was changed, and i also want a fresh call prising done for this number against those bills where gprs was already charged,i am writing this mail on surety that with hcl plan gprs 0 rental unlimited free is applicable beacause several employees of hcl is still availing this offer then why in my bill the gprs is charged.
i have only paid the current voice rental with service tax of rs 140 .

Hope to recive a feedback soon

Thanking you
