Name of company/service: M/S, SANDS PRECISION PVT LTD

Detailed complaint/Full facts of the case:

1. Manufacturing /Casting defect in machine bed was identified and explained to your notice but no response from Sands precision pvt ltd. ( Photo attached )
2. AS per machine standard tailstock spindle have MT4 sleeve nose but sands proveded us MT3 size, again we have complained get corrected by Sands precision pvt ltd.
3. Frequent problems on power pack,no permanent solutions from Sands precision pvt ltd,even though Sands precision pvt ltd have taken for maintanance twice in 3 to 4 months .(Delivery challans of repair trasactions attached)
4. Eventhough we have gaurantee period for 13 months from date of installation,within the period sands precision pvt ltd asked payment for the repair of Turret and we have paid.(Bills attached)
5. Major noice in spindle and technicians suspecting bearing damaged,this issue noticed to sands precision pvt ltd several times by perssonal and by lawyer notice.(Copy of notice attached )

The above points shows that the company SANDS PRECISION PVT LTD has approved by ISO certified body and manufacturing this type of poor and defective machines ,and due to above frequent problems how can we plan to develop a customer to improve our bussiness and I have taken loan from UCO BANK and I could not able to pay even single installment,lot of Rejections due to no repeatability due to the above problems in machine,no productivity/unable to process the parts in the defective machine.
