Dear sir,
I am using a Reliance mobile number 9350308738. From the date 29-06-2013 till date outgoing and incoming service has been stopped by the service provider. I called many times to the customer care. They are giving different reasons (you did not recharge atleast Rs. 200 from last six months, you need to resubmit your documents again.)
But I am asking without any prior notice, reliance has no rights to stop my services. I do recharge more than Rs.800/month so there is no question of recharge. Reliance should send any message regarding documentation prior to barring my services. Reliance customer care executive are asking to resubmit my documents to the nearest shop. I am a working professional, why should I waste my time because of the blunder done by Reliance. If so I dont have any option except port my number to some other service provider. I need a promt action on this.
