Harrasment Of A Senior Citizen By Tata Docomo

Location/place: kolkata

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform u that my mother santi sinha age 82 yrs and a senior citizen and a resident of kolkata is using a tata docomo mobile no. 9038003032. This is an unlimited postpaid plan of Rs 899/ p.m.She want to convert it into prepaid and for that we are requesting Tata Docomo customer service since 24th june 2013 onwards but they are not at all interested in converting it into prepaid. End no. of time i hv registered my complain with them and had also sent complain mail to the appellate officer concerned. But the appellate officer did not bother to reply inspite of sending 4 mails with reminder.This is a serious case of harrasment being caused to a senior citizen who is sick and bedridden.Pls note that i have submitted all relevant documents needed to convert from postpaid to prepaid. Im utterly surprised as how a respectable brand like Tata is conducting an unfair business like this.Pls help us to solve this problem as early as posssible. It is an earnest request to you.
