My indane gas connection No. is KB 18781(Domestic-Double). Recently I changed my home. Then when I approached my dealer Kishore Krishna Indane, 105 Nilachal complex for change of address they insisted for KYC which I immediately provided to them. After my Kyc verified and found OK two gas cylinders were delivered at my changed address and then on the third booking they cancelled my gas booking. When enquired they said that they could not deliver gas to my changed address i.e. Flat 1D(NE 1st Floor) 893 Dhalua, Garia, Kolkata 152 and I have to change my distributor. Accordingly on their advice I visited the distributor and the transfered by gas connection online through Transfer Termination Voucher No. 32399630000913 dated 03/07/2013 to Baghajatin Gas Service, 31-Borada Avenue, Kolkata 700084 which supply gas to my above mentioned address. I visited the dealer on the same day. They first said why I transferred my gas connection and after quoting all my story they accepted and asked me to fill KYC again on that day . I fill the same immediately and wanted to submit to them but to my surprise they denied to tke my transfer voucher and said that the transfer has been done as per old module and IOC has formulated new module and the old module takes 5days to transfer. I again visited the dealer after 5 days and he again denied to take the TTV saying that online works of IOC is held up though the same is going on. Since then I visited the dealer 5 times but in vain. He is not doing the necessary work and even denied to receive my papers. On enquiry they said that they will do nothing and instead of visiting them I should approach the IOC area division for getting my issue resolved which according to me is the work of the distributor himself. I visited the dealer today i.e 16/7/13 also but in vain with no result. with regards and thanking you in anticipation
