I Aakash Chowdhury, made a online payment of Rs 810.8/- on 4th December 2012 at 8:22 pm on behalf of my brother with his application no-3072994( Named:-Vivek Jain) for JEE examination fee which was deducted twice at the time of making payment. I complained about this to my respective bank(United bank of India), Lalgola branch(Dist-Murshidabad, State-West Bengal) where I hold my account but the amount was not refunded back. I complained about this to WBJEE as well as UBI through mail and through online site respectively but till date no money has been refunded to me by the bank. Please help. I am a student and this money matters a lot to me.
