Name of company/service: Tatadocomo

Docomo company is deduct my balance 2 time as more than 150 rs with out any service activation , my no is 07417767459 . I m recharge my phone with 250rs that give me 222 rs tacktime and 1gb 3g net and after that unlimited 2g net , but company deactive that service and activate another service , i m use intenet as recharge plane but my balence deduct and when i call that company that they said me that this not abel to refund my acount balance , sir if any solution that call me once 09634497895 please.
